How long does delivery take?
After your order is confirmed, we take pride in putting together your order and making sure each gift we assemble meets our detailed gifting standards. After your order is approved for delivery, a delivery partner is assigned to deliver your gift. This process takes 5- 24hours for curated gifts, and 3 days for custom gifts (excluding Sundays). For custom bulk orders (10 & above), 2 weeks.
Yes, as soon as your order is received you will receive an email on the status of your order. We will keep you regularly updated so you don’t miss a thing.
Absolutely! Just pick a date for delivery and your order will be held till that date. You will receive a message before it’s shipped in case you need to add any last-minute details.
Yes, we do.

Sure! We can mail your gift to multiple addresses.

Gifts come in either our small branded gift bag (grey), large branded gift bag (white), woven hamper basket, cane hamper box, or our standard 12”12 collapsible flip box (black/grey). Generally, our boxes come branded as well with a detachable belly band.

No, we are not. We’re a gift concierge, and sometimes that requires us to customize boxes and gift items for individuals/companies. It comes as part of a package, not a service on its own.

Of-course! We love working with businesses, and are happy to incorporate your logo and/or branding, as well as design gifts (+ box) around a specific theme. Simply fill out the corporate order form and we’ll reach out to discuss details. For additional information on corporate gifts kindly email concierge@tbc-concierge.com.

Yes, and very recommended to add that special touch to your gifting. However, our note-cards are not sold independently unless when added as part of a package or in cases where it is stated as complimentary.

We pack all gifts carefully to avoid damage at such all gift sales are final. However, if you would like to report a problem with your order, please reach out to us at customercare@tbc-concierge.com within 1 – 3 days of receiving your gift so that we may proceed with a replacement if necessary. Exchanges and order cancellations are accepted only on a case-by-case basis and charges may apply.

If you would like to report a problem with your order, please reach out to us at customercare@tbc-concierge.com within 1 – 3 days of receiving your gift so that we may proceed with a replacement if necessary. Exchanges and order cancellations are accepted only on a case-by-case basis and charges may apply. Please note that only non-personalized items are eligible.
